About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, book a free class, enroll in a program, or hire or train with Talentistry, based in Lahore, Pakistan. For employers and training clients, a signed proposal or agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

Free classes

The free class costs nothing and you are under no obligation to enroll afterwards.

Fees and payment

• Program fees are given on request, in Pakistani rupees, and confirmed in writing before you pay.
• You can pay in full, or in equal monthly installments over the length of the program, with no interest. Each installment is due before that month of classes starts.
• If an installment is more than 7 days late, we may pause your access to classes until it is paid.
• Programs marked “Waitlist” take no payment until the cohort start date is confirmed.

Refunds and cancellations

• Withdraw before week 2 of your program starts and we refund everything you paid.
• After that, you can stop at any time: installments for months that have not started are cancelled, and months already paid are not refunded.
• If we cancel or postpone a cohort, you choose a new start date or a full refund of the classes not delivered.
• Refunds are paid by bank transfer within 14 days of your request.

Career support

Career coaching and job search support help you prepare and apply. Hiring decisions are made by employers, so we cannot guarantee a job, a salary or a start date.

Classes, recordings and materials

Class recordings and materials are for enrolled learners only. You may use them for your own learning but not share, resell or republish them. The work you create in a program, including your capstone project, is yours.

We expect respectful behavior in classes and group chats. We may remove a learner who harasses others, after a warning, with a refund of months not yet started.

Employers

Shortlists and interviews are free. If you hire a candidate we introduce, our one-time fee is agreed with you in writing before interviews, invoiced when they join and payable within 15 days. If the hire leaves, or you let them go, within 90 days, we find a replacement at no extra fee.

AI training for teams

Fees are per group, set out in our written proposal, and exclude sales tax where it applies. We invoice 50% to confirm a date and the rest within 15 days of the last session. You can move a date for free with 5 working days’ notice. Travel and stay for onsite sessions outside Lahore are charged at cost.

Our responsibility

We teach with care and keep our content accurate, but AI tools and job markets change quickly. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking it through, the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
