Our story
Why Talentistry exists
Talentistry is led by its co-founder and lead instructor, Ali Ahmed Awan, a product manager who started his own career as a business analyst in Lahore. Over 10+ years of hiring and building teams he kept seeing the same gap from both sides: capable people who could not get a first job in tech, and teams that could not find people ready to work from day one.
So we teach the way work is done. Our instructors are working engineers, QA leads and product people, classes are small and live, and every program ends with a project you can show an employer. We also train teams in AI, from the boardroom to the engineering floor.
We are based in Lahore, at Bridge coworking in Johar Town. Classes are live online, so learners join from anywhere in Pakistan. AI training runs at your office or remotely.

Ali has spent 10+ years taking products from idea to paying users across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, West Africa and the US, starting as a business analyst in Lahore. He leads AI products at Xcellerant Ventures, founded Ovela Health and runs AI training for managers and leaders.

QA and test automation consultant
Teaches QA Automation · Manual QA
Jahanzaib is a QA and test automation lead with 11+ years of experience across web, mobile, API and desktop testing for clients including Walmart, Albertsons, Macy’s and Target. He builds automation frameworks and runs agentic QA workflows with Claude Code and Playwright, and has led QA teams at Nisum, Confiz and Synavos.

Teaches Agentic AI for software houses · Backend and AI engineering
Ibraheem has 10+ years in software engineering and works on Vectara’s trusted generative AI platform, which grounds AI assistants in an organization’s own data. He was previously a Senior Software Engineer at Motive, a Software Architect at CloudCard and an Engineering Lead at Synavos.

Fahad has 10+ years of experience in web development with Vue, Nuxt, React, PHP and Python, and has led engineering teams for the last several of them. He is a Solutions Architect at TenX and previously led engineering at Nova Labs, CarSwitch and ClipBucket.
