Who we are

Talentistry trains people for jobs in tech, places candidates with employers and runs AI training for teams. We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, at Bridge coworking, 5th and 6th floors, 82 J1, Johar Town, near Al-Fatah, Lahore, Pakistan. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Talentistry.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms, plus the technical data any website receives:

• Book a free class: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the program you are interested in and your consent to be contacted.
• Request candidates (employers): your name, company, email, phone, the role and any notes you add.
• Plan AI training: your name, company, email, phone, industry, who the training is for, team size, preferred location and your goals.
• Contact form: your name, email, the topic and your message.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser and the pages you request, which our hosting provider logs for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to you, arrange your free class or scoping call, and provide the program, placement or training you asked for.
• To keep records of enrollments, payments and certificates.
• To send you information about our programs only if you ask for it. You can stop it at any time.

Who else handles it

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the services we use to run Talentistry:

• Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts this website and receives form submissions.
• Google, which provides the email and spreadsheet tools we use to manage enquiries, and the web fonts on this site.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
• Employers, only for candidates who have agreed to be put forward for a specific role.

These providers may store data outside Pakistan. We may also disclose data if Pakistani law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after 24 months. Learner, candidate and client records are kept for as long as you work with us and three years after, for certificates, accounts and tax. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; we keep only what the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email aliawan.aisub@gmail.com and we will reply within one working day and complete the request within 30 days.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us with you.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to form submissions is limited to the people at Talentistry who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
